This forum focuses on the issues related to the plateau energy industry and ecological system, which aims to invite related scientific research institutions, government agencies, enterprises and public organizations to carry out the interdisciplinary dialogues. It will probe into the complex network systems of ecology, economy and society etc. in the course of the construction of the plateau energy and provide the countermeasures and suggestions for highland plateau clean energy industry construction.

1.Development status and prospects of clean energy technology;
2. Trade-offs between energy industry development and ecological conservation in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau;
3. A dynamic balance approach for the plateau carbon absorption and emissions towards carbon neutralization;
4. Cooperation and complementarity mode in the energy field of east and West China under the "dual carbon" strategy;

III. Collection of papers
The academic committee of the conference invites participants to submit papers and abstracts in English and Chinese.
The topic of your submission should be edited according to the "proposed issues". If your paper has been approved by the review committee of this forum, you can make a group speech during the conference.
Those who have not submitted their papers are also welcomed to attend the conference.

IV. Conference fees
1. Registration fee will be charged for the conference. 1200 yuan/person for general representatives (including conference materials, meals during the conference, refreshments during the breaks, etc.); 600 yuan/person for student representatives.
2. Accommodation will be arranged by the conference. Round-trip transportation and accommodation expenses will be paid by the participants themselves.
