Sponsored by People’s Government of Qinghai Province& Beijing Normal University Academy of Plateau Science and Sustainability, organized by Qinghai Education Department and Qinghai Normal University, the Seminar "Smart Education Fosters Plateau Education Innovation" will be held in Xining from July 12 to 14, 2022. With the theme of "Smart Education Fosters Plateau Education Innovation", the seminar focuses on the digital transformation of Plateau education and the application of smart education, and comprehensively promotes the digital transformation of plateau education and the effective construction and sustainable development of smart education in plateau area.

　　Sub-Topic 4: Teachers Capacity Building of Smart Education in Plateau Area

　　2. Venue
　　The conference will be held in the form of off-line and online. The off-line location is at the new campus of Qinghai Normal University. The Seminar venue is the Lecture Hall of the Library of Qinghai Normal University, and the sub-forum venue is in No. 1 and No. 2 conference room of APSS.
　　3. COVID-19 Guidance for in-Person Participants
　　In response to COVID-19, we incorporate the latest guidance from the People’s Government of Qinghai Province and Xining Municipality. Related policies and procedures to help combat Coronavirus (COVID-19) will be updated in the Conference Wechat Group set up for the offline participants.
