With the aim of promoting the development of theoretical research on land use/land cover change (LUCC) and carbonization as well as the practice of land use integrating local conditions, this forum is a communication platform providing content and opportunity for employing “dual carbon” targeted spatial strategies and comprehensive management of national land use to decision-makers in China and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
